CANCELLATION POLICY

 Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and kindly ask for your punctuality. Late cancellations or missed appointments disrupt the schedule and inconvenience other clients. To accommodate everyone's needs, 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling is required. Missed appointments will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 

Please note that direct billing to insurance providers is not offered at this time. Following your treatment, you will be provided with a detailed receipt for your records, which you may then submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
